It is 100dB dynamic range at 1GHz~40GHz,and 70dB dynamic range at 40GHz~90GHz.
It is waveguide structure, an incidence angle of the plane wave to the specimen changes every frequency.
Therefore, you can measure relations between an incidence angle to the specimen of the plane wave and effect of shield.
