Electromagnetic Wave Transmissive Thermostat Chamber

This thermostat chamber enables temperature characteristics measurement on radome, cover, electromagnetic wave absorbent, or shielding material.
It is comprised of high or low temperature blowers, and a electromagnetic transmissive heat-retaining box in which your sample is measured.
(Pictured above is the EMD01 with KEYCOM’s shield effect measurement system on the right. The shield effect measurement system is sold separately.)
EMD01 can be designed and manufactured to your specific requests.

Features

Monitoring function

・Temperature monitoring function can be available with thermocouples installed inside the electromagnetic transmissive heat-retaining box.
・The lid of the electromagnetic transmissive heat-retaining box can be opened and closed so as to enable heat distribution monitoring from the outside. (high temperature)

Operation functions

・If you set the target temperature on control board, the blower gets automatically activated. Values of the target temperature and the temperature inside the electromagnetic transmissive heat-retaining box are shown on the indicator.

Performance

・Transmission rate of the electromagnetic transmissive heat-retaining box: below 1dB loss (1GHz~18GHz)
・Stability of heat retention: approx. ±5°C
