A. Calibration Service

A-1. Sending Devices for Calibration

1. Please send your request to info@keycom.co.jp titled "Calibration Request" and provide the following information.
We will send you a quotation in return. If there are repair costs, they will be quoted separately
  • Your company name, the name and contact information of the person in charge
  • Equipment name, model and year of purchase (if known)
2. Please send the items to be calibrated to the following address

3. The standard time required for calibration is 1 to 3 weeks (depending on the object being calibrated).

A-2. On-site travel Calibration

1. Please send your request to info@keycom.co.jp titled "On-site Travel Calibration Request" and provide the following information.
We will send you a quotation in return. Repair costs, if any, will be quoted separately.
  • Your company name, the name and contact information of the person in charge
  • Equipment name, model and year of purchase (if known)
2. Our technician(s) will visit you and calibrate your device.
Currently, we can only provide overseas travel calibration when we cannot postpone it.

B. Repairs

B-1. Sending Devices for Repair

1. Please send your request to info@keycom.co.jp with the subject line "Send for Repair Request" and provide the following information.
We will send you a quotation in return. If there is a repair cost, it will be quoted separately.
  • Your company name, the name and contact information of the person in charge
  • Equipment name, model and year of purchase (if known)
2. Please send the items to be repaired to the following address;

3. Our technicians identify which parts need to be repaired, and send you a quotation.
